  • *Stockpile on items you use regularly so you do not run out. Going to buy something at the store is more expensive 90% of the time. Items cycle being at their lowest price average 12 weeks.
  • *Matching a store coupon with a manufacturers coupon is a GREAT way to save money! This is referred to as stacking coupons.

*77% of people with an income between $0 and $25,000 use coupons; 79% of people with an income between $25,000 and $50,000 use coupons; 80% of people with an income between $50,000 and $75,000 use coupons.

*Items you can always get for free with coupons when they are at their lowest price; rice, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Rotel tomatoes, Campbell's soup, butter, baby wipes, and cereal bars. Remember, the key is to always buy the smallest size available.
