Stephanie's How-To Use An Ad

As I sat down a few minutes ago to browse my weekly ads and make my "stock" list for the week, I realized I have not touched on how to use a store's ad.
To give you some detail of how I see it being beneficial; the only page you will benefit from while looking at a store ad is the front page. Yes, the other pages inside and the back cover have good deals, but they are usually filled with junk foods, junk drinks, alcoholic drinks, bakery goods, etc. Veggies and meat and the GOOD deals for the week are all you need to know and you should bake at home where it is chaper and better for you. You can stock pile meat and other goods that are on the front page. Doing this will help keep your grocery bill down and help keep you healty as well.
Like I always say, if you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me at ssh85@sbcglobal.net I am always happy to help. Good luck to you on this challenge!!
