Let's NOT 'Super Size Me'

My hubby, Kenny, and I are watching documentary called ‘Super Size Me’. It is about a man who goes on a straight fat diet eating McDonalds for 30 days. He cannot take vitamins, or eat anything that is not sold at McDonalds. He also has to try EVERY item that is on their menu. The movie shows him get sick, other people having surgery to shrink their stomachs, doctors being interviewed, etc…
This movie has given us a reminder how much we should eat at home and not dine out to fast food restaurants. It is healthier for our families and honestly, better on our budget. Please give the documentary a shot. It will completely change your mind if you spend most of your families budget dining out.
